Refusal guide
Get the code through on your next try
Six reasons a promo code fails at Winhero Casino, with the fix for each.
Expired promotional window
Codes carry a short life and the welcome pair runs out fast. If yours has lapsed, check the current offer in the cashier before depositing again.
You paid less than the code allows
The welcome codes start at A$9 and A$18, the reload needs A$30, the spins code needs A$50. Top up to the stated figure and re-enter the code.
Read your bonus history
One use per account is the rule here, and duplicate accounts get closed. Look at your bonus history for the same code and pick a different one.
Match the code to your tenure
New-player codes close once you have a profile, and existing-player codes need one. Log in, open the cashier and choose the offer that matches your status.
Was that the wrong box?
The registration field only reads first-deposit codes, and the cashier only reads the rest. Add the code in the field the offer belongs to, before the payment clears.
Stuck at the cashier
Gather the code, the amount and the clock time, then message live chat or write to [email protected]. Support answers at any hour and can trace the refusal.
You already have a login

Repeat offers sit in the cashier and the profile, never in a message you have to chase.
WINHRELOAD — 50% up to A$220
Enter WINHRELOAD in the cashier on a Friday and a 50% match lands on a deposit of A$30 or more, capped at A$220.
WINHRETURN — 10% cashback
Claim WINHRETURN from your profile once a week and 10% of qualifying losses returns on deposits of A$50 or more, up to A$2,000.
Personal account bonus
Play regularly and a 20% bonus with 5x wagering can appear straight in your account, no code entry needed at all.

Winhero Casino bonus pitfalls worth knowing
Read this the moment a code is refused or a balance disappears mid-play.
One login, two rewards lost
One account per person is the rule, so a second login to grab another welcome code gets both closed and the balance tied up.

Did your stake break the limit?
Stake above the maximum bet while you clear the wagering and the bonus goes, because the term sets A$4 as the ceiling for WINHDEP1.
Set your stake to A$4 before you spin
Read the cap every time a bonus starts
Long wagering, short expiry
WINHDEP2 has a validity of seven days and a 29-day wagering window, so a slow start leaves a cleared balance stranded at the end.

WINHDEP1 — 105% up to A$1,350 + 69 free spins
Take WINHDEP1 at registration: 105% up to A$1,350 plus 69 spins on Razor Shark, wagering 45x on deposit plus bonus within 29 days.
Six moves from picking a code to clearing its wagering, with the checks that stop a reward vanishing.
Single code per account
Read the code table in the block above and note the minimum deposit and the slot attached to the code you pick. Pick one code only, because stacking ends both rewards.
Type details as printed
Fill in the registration form with the exact legal name, birth date and address printed on your identity document. Mismatched details stall withdrawal later, so type them carefully now.
No spaces in the field
Type WINHDEP1 into the field at the register form without spaces or capitals missed, since the box rejects any typo. Punctuation and stray characters break the code too, so paste nothing from a chat.
Will Skrill work here?
Fund the balance with at least A$9, and avoid Skrill for this one because the code refuses that method. A deposit under the floor leaves the code unused.
Check balance and spins
Open your balance after the payment clears; the bonus money and 69 spins on Razor Shark land as separate lines. Missing credit after a few minutes means the code was mistyped, so query support with a screenshot.
Keep bets under A$4
Play the bonus through 45 times the deposit plus bonus inside 29 days, and hold each bet at or under A$4. The Winhero code stays tied to Razor Shark, so play that slot until the target clears.

When you need a code question answered
Use these answers while the cashier is open and a code is waiting.
trustCan I add a promo code after I have signed up?+
Yes, if the offer allows it. Codes marked for registration are locked to that one field, so a code you skipped there has to be replaced by a cashier offer such as WINHWHEEL or WINHRELOAD. Support cannot move it back for you.
trustWhy can't I stack two codes on one payment?+
No, one code per deposit is the limit, because each one carries its own wagering and stake cap. Stacking would mix a 45x requirement with a 30x one on the same money. Finish a code's playthrough, then take the next.
trustWhy should I refuse a bonus I already claimed?+
Yes. Ask support to remove it before you place a bet with the bonus money, and the deposit stays yours. Once wagering has started the bonus is locked in, so deciding early saves the whole balance from the cap.
trustCan I trust this casino with my deposit?+
Yes, the operator holds a Gaming Control Board Curaçao licence, number OGL/2014/7365/260, under Winhero Casino N.V., company 738380. Australian players can check those details before claiming any code, and the same board handles complaints.
trustWhat happens when I want to cash out bonus winnings?+
Cash out once the wagering target is met and your documents clear, which takes up to 66 hours to verify. Withdrawals leave in about 5 minutes afterwards, up to A$47,000, and the minimum is A$24. The no-deposit spins cap at A$50.

A code is a bonus, never a duty
No promo code binds you to further play, and a balance can be left sitting while you stop. Winhero Casino offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, and help sits with Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and BetStop.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your access to the account and to every offer, and it can be lifted only after the period you set.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can pay in over a day, a week or a month, so a code never stretches the budget.
Cooling-off periods. Closes the account for the stretch you choose, giving a break from codes, cashier and play.
